Meet the Team

Chris Joined the company as Executive Director in October 2022. Prior to joining TLP, Chris has held senior positions in organisations across Education, Mental Health Provision and the Construction sector and brings a wealth of experience in Operational Leadership and streamlining processes and procedures.

Chris’ remit within TLP is to ensure that we continue to operate at the forefront of the employability landscape and to seek new opportunities for us to grow beyond our current horizons. Doing so requires strong processes and procedures and a robust operational structure which Chris works with Senior colleagues to build and embed within TLP practices. In addition, Chris supports our Head of Operations in ensuring Operational performance is of the highest standard.
