Progress Scotland is a partnership between Working Links and The Lennox Partnership delivering the Work Able Scotland programme across the Highlands, Islands, Clyde Coast and Grampian regions.
The voluntary programme aims to help individuals out of work to find suitable and sustainable employment - we’ll work with you to identify your strengths, skills and abilities, and to overcome any challenges you may have to finding and staying in work.

Are you eligible?
To be eligible for support you must reside in one of the local authority areas listed above, be economically inactive, of working age and want to work. You must also meet the defined eligibility criteria:
ESA recipients who are within Work Related Activity Group (WRAG) assessed by JCP Work Coach as being able to enter work for at least a minimum of 16 hours within a 12 month period or less; or
Universal Credit recipients subject to conditionality level 4 (limited capability for work; ESA WRAG equivalent; those within Work preparation regime).
