Meet the Team

Frances joined The Lennox Partnership in October 2020 as a Co-Ordinator on the We Work for Families project. Frances brought to the Lennox Partnership extensive experience gained within the civil service and other private industry. This experience included staff management, Partnership Management roles and caseload management. Frances has extensive experience in working in the community with all sectors.

She has supported her clients to improve their employment and financial situation by advising on ways to improve skills, employability prospects and general health. She has a proven track record in helping her employers achieve goals and fulfil contract terms. She has excellent customer service skills and has initiated and fostered good working relationships with colleagues and external agencies Within TLP, Frances has recently been promoted to Project Leader on the We Work for Families project.
