Meet the Team

Elaine joined the Lennox Partnership in December 2008 as STRIVE Administrator in West Dunbartonshire and over the years has worked across various Local Authority areas such as West Dunbartonshire, East Dunbartonshire, Renfrewshire, East Renfrewshire and North Ayrshire.  Projects worked on include STRIVE, Mandatory Work Activity, PEAT, PEMS, Work Able, Ingeus Work Programme, Wise Group Fair Start Scotland and Start Scotland in work support programme.

Elaine currently manages the JETS team (Job Entry and Targeted Support) covering the Glasgow Central Belt area. This is a digital employment support provision which was created to support people who lost their jobs due to COVID and the main aim is to support them for 6 months to help them back into sustainable employment. Her main remit is to ensure her team delivers a high-quality service to all participants ensuring all contractual agreements are met as well as being responsible for overseeing the quality/compliance performance.

Prior to joining TLP Elaine worked as Team Leader in the Travel Industry with Thomas Cook for 15 years.
