Meet the Team

Alison Donnelly joined The Lennox Partnership in September 2018 with 12 years’ experience in Employability and Welfare to Work. Before joining The Lennox Partnership Alison worked within ESF Funded projects, The Work Programme and Flexible New Deal programmes. Alison was involved in managing caseloads, developing long term unemployed clients with multiple barriers into sustainable employment coupled with experience with Account Management working with local partners building excellent rapport and establishing strong relationships.

Within TLP, Alison now manages Fair Start Scotland covering the Glasgow area on behalf of The Scottish Government supporting Key workers on the contract ensuring targets, performance and development indicators are met.
