Contact Centre Manager
Claire joined the Lennox Partnership in December 2011 initially as an administrator in West Dunbartonshire and has worked in various projects including STRIVE, Working Links Work Programme, PEMS, Work Able and now on the Fair Start Contract.
Claire’s current role is managing the Start Scotland Contact Centre for the Fair Start Contract. covering the East, North East and South West of Scotland area on behalf of The Scottish Government, supporting staff on contract ensuring targets, performance and development indicators are met. Prior to working with Lennox Partnership, Claire’s working experience included 17 years as a customer service/team leader within the travel industry. Claire is also a First Aider and Fire Warden for The Lennox Partnership.
