TLP provided the employability expert knowledge for this trans-national European funded project. The aim was to develop an on line virtual work environment. This presents job seeking users with a range of scenarios, questions and option relative to real work situations they would encounter. Users are able to develop their knowledge and problem solving skills by seeking the consequences of their decisions ‘played out’ by on screen avatars. In 2013 the European Commission signed off VWE as a successfully delivered partnership initiative.
