Delivered over a two year period this innovation project was designed to help small businesses identify how investment in learning and development within their companies could produce a bottom line return on their investment. Over 100 companies participated and the net return was calculated at £1.2 million for their original investments of circa £360k. This success led to Return on Investment becoming a recognised ‘product’ within the Scottish Enterprise portfolio.
