Linking Opportunities and Needs (LOAN)

West Dunbartonshire Council included TLP to deliver LOAN as part of their most recent Priority 5 European Programme portfolio. The initiative set about connecting recruiting employers and growth sectors to job seeking residents of the area. Where appropriate support was also given to help job seekers gain the industry specific qualifications that are needed to work in the sector. All the job and training targets within the contract were exceeded over a three year period.
