Meet the Team

Teri joined The Lennox Partnership in 2019, originally working in the contact centre, progressed to a Key Worker and more recently was promoted to a Project Leader.

Teri is currently managing the No One Left Behind project which is a specialised program that works in partnership with West Dunbartonshire Council to support individuals aged 50 and over into employment. Her current role involves managing a team of key workers, engaging with local partners, attending community events and job fayres, ensuring targets and project compliance levels are met.
