Sharon Geddes joined The Lennox Partnership in August 2005 having previously worked for The Department for Work and Pensions for 22 years , in a range of roles, which including Business Development Manager and Account Manager.
Sharon initially started with The Lennox Partnership as a Joblink Co-ordinator before moving onto the STRIVE project when it started in 2006 where she started as a Job Support Officer on STRIVE before securing the STRIVE Project Manager role which she has undertaken for the last 9 years.
Sharon is responsible for managing a diverse range of projects including STRIVE project in North Ayrshire , Pre – Employability Apprenticeship programme in North Ayrshire , Work Programme in West Dunbartonshire and Working Matters and Business Liaison contract in East Renfrewshire as well on behalf of The Lennox Partnership. Her main remit is to ensure that project targets and key performance indicators are met as well as managing the various teams providing direction, leadership and development. She is also responsible for monitoring and evaluating projects and participating in contract reviews with key funders.
Sharon is also actively involved in sourcing potential funding streams for The Lennox Partnership and plays an integral role in completing funding bids.
