Meet the Team

Andrew McClements Joined The Lennox Partnership in February 2021 bringing with him experience as a Consultant in the recruitment sector. Andrew initially joined the Fair Start Scotland Glasgow contract under the guidance and mentorship of Alison Donnelly before progressing into a Project Manager position.

Within TLP, Andrew now manages the “We Work For Families” program based in North Ayrshire as well as Three “Work EastRen” programs.
