ERI Case Study

Greg is 20 years old had been unemployed for 6 months and suffers from Cystic Fibrosis. Greg’s biggest barrier was his lack of work experience and job searching techniques.

Greg started the employability fund training on 14th April 2014 and commenced employment on 22nd July 2014 as a trainee business administrator with IMTEQPRO who utilised the ERI grant to support Greg’s appointment. He is still in employment and enjoys his job.

Greg commented that doing the mock interview helped to develop his techniques for future interview and has helped him secure employment.
